Why become a member?

The climbing wall in King Øystein's Hall in Kabelvåg is owned and operated by the Lofoten Mountaineering Club. By becoming a member, you help make this possible. The club is also a unifying organization for the local climbing community and contributes to the development and maintenance of climbing areas in the region. We also organize competitions, gatherings, club nights, and an annual party.

For NOK 100 per year, you help ensure that Lofoten Mountaineering Club can continue this work, and you also get the opportunity to purchase an annual pass for the climbing wall.

Club members receive a 20% discount when purchasing climbing gear from Vertical Playground. Contact the board if you have not received a discount code.
